To Me This Proves Malicious Defamation and Painting in False Light, and to Michael's Endangerment and to the ENRICHMENT OF Center Valley Animal Rescue (CVAR)
In Defamation Cases first you have to prove if something is true or not to sue for defamation or for criminal defamation charges. No one can prove whether Moses, Michael's dog jumped or not. However, what can EASILY be proven is Malicious Intent, meaning that CVAR knew they were posting falsehoods.
See on May 11, 2019 CVAR says that Moses Jumped out of the Truck. Hereafter CVAR works up a violent Lynch Mob against Michael Allmain with all future posts claiming Michael Allmain drug Moses and CVAR removed every Facebook entry Michael Allmain posted to defend himself, tell his side, tell the Truth. So CVAR knowingly posted falsehoods and to their own enrichment.
So We Will Leave this Here as Proof that CVAR knowingly Defamed Michael Allmain after May 11, 2019 and caused him MASSIVE mental anguish, of which I have an extensive record as do others, and they put his life in danger. I allege they set him up for a crime and STOLE his property, his best friend with clear proven premeditated intent.
